Objective
Highlight Urby’s nature-integrated design and outdoor spaces to position the property as a thoughtfully curated, biophilic living environment within an urban setting.
Strategy
Utilized sweeping drone footage paired with soft, classical audio to create a calm, cinematic atmosphere. Focused on layered greenery (courtyards, pathways, dog park, trees, and plant life) to visually reinforce the “shades of green” concept. Alternated between aerial perspective and intimate ground-level shots to balance scale with human presence, subtly showcasing community interaction within natural surroundings.
