From Home to Charley
Objective
Demonstrate the seamless integration between residential living and on-site dining, positioning Urby as a fully immersive lifestyle destination rather than a standalone apartment building.
Strategy
Structured the video as a narrative journey, beginning with exterior and garden shots to establish place, then transitioning into intimate in-unit moments (mixing drinks, playing backgammon) to humanize the space. Gradually moved through shared indoor areas before culminating at Charley, the built-in restaurant, creating a natural progression from private to communal experience. Used repeated “cheers” moments at the beginning and end to create visual symmetry and reinforce connection.
Impact
Reinforced Urby’s value proposition as an amenity-integrated community where social experiences are built into daily life. Demonstrated how narrative-driven content can subtly highlight multiple spaces while maintaining emotional continuity and brand cohesion.
